We’re constantly developing ourselves and our products, with the disciplines of quality management and assurance playing a crucial role.
Our customers can rely on our seamless, database-supported quality assurance processes for the production of their high-tech precision components. The manufactured parts are tested in our in-house measuring laboratory using the latest measurement and testing technology. We are fully compliant with our partners’ safety and certification requirements. Our quality is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
Drawing on many years of experience and on the basis of automotive quality management standards, we’ve developed a consistent quality assurance process for the additive manufacturing of topology-optimized metallic façade nodes. This takes into account mechanical properties, geometric tolerances, and possible defects within the components. Each node of a façade project is documented with database support and is therefore fully traceable. Our quality management system is thereby able to meet the industry’s stringent requirements.
