CNC-Operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• setting up and operating machining centres
• •Operation and set-up of fully interlinked production systems with the processes of turning, broaching, induction hardening, tempering, hard turning, high-pressure deburring and packaging
• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks during series production and their calibration tasks
• Monitoring of the entire manufacturing process from the raw part to the finished part
• Investigate and rectify malfunctions in systems / machines
• Maintenance and servicing in-house

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (cutting machine operator, lathes, milling cutters, etc.) or several years of professional experience
• Resilience and assertiveness in the manufacturing environment
• Experience in programming Fanuc/Siemens 840 would be great
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation

Your responsibilities:

• Independent planning and assembly of test bikes
• Service-orientated customer advice and technical support for the sales team
• Troubleshooting and service handling for bike manufacturers and end customers
• Continuous maintenance and further development of our technical customer documentation, training materials and technical documentation
• Regularly updating our demo and show bikes
• Control and coordination of open tasks and processes

Your profile

• You have trained as a two-wheel mechanic, have completed comparable vocational training or are a master two-wheel mechatronics technician
• Ideally, you already have professional experience
• English is no problem for you and you enjoy communicating on an international level
• And you are willing to travel nationally and sometimes internationally if required
• You help us at trade fairs and ride camps with your technical expertise
• You are independent, flexible, creative, have a talent for organisation and enjoy contributing your own ideas to a team
• You are also a sports enthusiast and love biking as much as we do

Your mission as a multi-talent includes the engineering or further development of existing and future 3X3 components and products.

Your responsibilities:

• Calculation, design and engineering of mechanical components and assemblies for bicycle gear drives
• Qualification of assemblies with regard to their feasibility
• Tolerance chain calculation / analysis
• Creating 3D models / drawings in CAD
• Creation of design documents (including parts lists, prototype and production documents)
• Co-operation with our technical departments, quality assurance, purchasing and sales
• Preparation of technical documents for cost calculation and assessment of tool and parts price quotations in cooperation with the purchasing department
• Support and assistance during internal assembly and commissioning
• Product-specific support during the sales phase
• Constant monitoring of the required specification and quality of the product

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in the field of gear technology
• Optional professional experience in the field of product development / design
• CAD knowledge in common CAD programmes such as Solid Works, Siemens NX, Inventor
• High sense of responsibility, cost and quality awareness
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Open and cooperative interaction with colleagues, business partners, suppliers and customers
• Assertiveness, commitment, desire to take on responsibility and develop together in a team
• You also have an affinity for sports and love biking as much as we do
